Shipping Policy

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (usually within minutes) with your order number, items, and billing/shipping details. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder or contact me so I can verify your information.


Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.


Shipping Fee
Wovenda charges a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.00 per order (calculated at checkout).
This rate applies across the United States and does not change based on distance or state.
There are no hidden charges — your total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


Delivery Area
Once I’ve processed and shipped your order, you can usually expect it to arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
I work with trusted U.S. shipping partners who do their best to deliver your package safely and on time.
Just a quick note: delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be delayed by things outside of my control.
Right now, I only ship within the United States.
Sorry, I’m not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

I can ship to residential, business, and PO Boxes (PO Boxes go out via USPS).


Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to speed up delivery.
It is common for customers to receive one item before the others. If this happens, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.


Shipping Limitations
Wovenda currently ships within the United States only.
I do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders cannot be split between multiple addresses. If you need items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.
I can ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and P.O. Boxes within the U.S.
